Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Dispatch time: Within 24 hours
  • Delivery: Aimed next working day after dispatch
  • Free shipping: On all UK orders over £75

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day
  • During busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always aim to move quickly

Returns

We keep returns straightforward.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (including polybag)

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please include a note inside your parcel with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number

This helps us process your return quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for processing

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something’s not right, we’ll sort it.
