SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Which courier do you use?

All UK orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48—choose your speed at checkout.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Place your order before 14:00 Monday–Friday and it goes out the same day. Later orders, or anything over a weekend, ship the next working day.

How much does UK shipping cost?

Rates start at just a few pounds and show live at checkout; spend over the free-shipping threshold displayed in your basket and we’ll cover it.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking link lands in your inbox as soon as Royal Mail scans the parcel. Updates usually appear within a couple of hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your returns window?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email admin@chromagolf.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and steps.

Who pays return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Can I swap for a different size?

If stock is available we’ll reserve your new size once we receive the original. Just note “EXCHANGE” in your e-mail.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send photos and your order number within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna Pay-in-3 (UK only).

can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us with CHANGE or CANCEL in the subject line before 14:00 GMT.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in the “Gift card / Discount code” box at checkout before completing payment.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

We can supply larger quantities for societies or events (min. 20 units per style). E-mail the team for a quote.

CARE & MATERIALS

How do I wash my polo?

Machine-wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang. Avoid bleach and direct ironing on silicone logos.

Tips on ceaning the Debut Cap?

CAP?Spot-clean with a damp cloth or hand-wash in lukewarm water, reshape and air-dry—machine washing can deform the visor.
